Principles of Good Corporate Governance in the new era
This program is considered Vital (Top priority) and includes 14 hours of class training and 4 hours of visit of the trainer in the role of consultant at each company to provide support how to apply key elements of the program in the context of the Company’s needs.
Companies in Cyprus are increasingly confronted with growing regulations across all aspects of their operations. As a member of the EU, Cyprus must adhere to numerous obligations and responsibilities in various areas of economic activity. Especially, after the formal introduction of the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) framework suchobligations and responsibilities can often seem overwhelming and difficult to gr asp. A significant gap exists in the knowledge, understanding, and interpretation of these evolving regulatory requirements.
Good Corporate Governance now requires a risk-based approach that accounts for the evolving landscape while monitoring and controlling every aspect of an organization’s activities, its stakeholders, and its broader ecosystem.
