(Professional Training Instructor EPS/CYQF/EQF5)

Professional training educators play a crucial role in Cyprus’ human resource development and productivity enhancement. This specific program aims to cultivate professional training instructors to become certified according to the HRDA standard for “Professional Training Instructor, Level 5.”

Throughout the program, educators will acquire knowledge, skills, and attitudes to identify training needs effectively, design impactful educational programs, implement them, and conduct evaluations.

The workshop is intended for:

This particular education is designed for both aspiring and novice educators across any subject area, as well as personnel from companies/businesses/organizations seeking certification as Professional Training Instructors – Level 5 (based on the relevant Standard).

The ATI is an accredited assessment center (CPSA) by HRDA, responsible for organizing certification exams. A 100% success rate has been achieved so far.

The Program will be conducted through blended learning: online via Zoom and in-person (as conditions permit).
