Constantinos Tsangaris carries a hands-on business experience of over 25 years and an additional 12-year experience in banking. He is a graduate of the University of Toronto – Canada in Economics and Political Science. He is the director of AAA Regent Consultants Limited, a corporate services and business consulting company established in 2004. Through his career he has served as company secretary of publicly listed companies. One of his major projects was participating in the listing of a telecom company in the Alternative Investments Market of the London Stock Exchange, serving as company secretary in cooperation with a quite diversified international board of directors, and taking care of all corporate requirements for four years.

He was part of the team that arranged the said company’s subsequent de-listing and sale procedures, acting also as escrow agent for the sales proceeds that exceeded 170 million US Dollars. He has been the company secretary of two of the largest private groups in Cyprus, for over 15 years, and director and secretary of various companies of foreign interests. Due to his large experience in insurance and his qualification as a licensed insurance broker, he is secretary and compliance consultant of one of the companies of a very large international insurance group with global operations. Constantinos has consulted and delivered presentations to UK companies on corporate matters relating to the setting up and running of EU-based structures and to Russian advanced technology companies on setting up proper corporate structures for achieving international presence and acquiring finance (prior to the war in Ukraine).

Constantinos has deep board room experience, but also extensive experience in business set-up and hands-on operations. Following a 12-year career in banking he set up from zero and run for 3 years the last insurance company to receive a combined license (Life and General Business) from the Superintendent of Insurance. Subsequently, and in parallel with his duties in AAA Regent Consultants Ltd, he established and run for 3 years an international money transfers company and a private security service company. He is also the Vice-President of a large charitable foundation. Constantinos is an HRDA certified trainer and a certified instructor of the American Sailing Association.
